What are other people saying?

"This is a really enjoyable yoga course, with very clear instruction and great variety in its content. Jen explains the poses very well and gives different opportunities to beginners and more advanced students. There is a really nice rhythm to the course with 4 days of dynamic sequences followed by Yin classes with more gentle and some sustained poses which are equally challenging in different ways. The length of the course gives you a chance to build up strength, stamina and make noticeable progress.

Jen has a beautiful voice and manner. As well as her clear expression, her pitch is really suited to the elements of relaxation in Shavasana and I absolutely love listening to her Yoga Nidra!

I would recommend this course wholeheartedly to anyone who really wants to give a boost to their yoga practice, to accelerate their capabilities and to motivate themselves to practise independently. It will also help develop breathing and meditation techniques and is great for relaxation." Kathryn R

What Yoga experience do I need?

No prior yoga experience is required. But this doesn't mean that those with yoga experience won't enjoy working on their own personal practice throughout the course. Options will be offered for all levels, providing inspiration and support.

What does it cost?

The 30 Days of Spring program costs $149 (over $1100 value). You can start your 30 days anytime you like and you will have access to the videos and facebook group for 60 days to help you integrate what you learn.
