About Jen 

Jennifer Taylor MA, Cert IV (Yoga Teaching) has practiced yoga for more than 30 years. She believes that the system of Yoga combined with other tools and technologies supports integrated lifestyles and changes lives for the better. She founded Mr and Mrs Pose in 2011 to inspire people to realise the benefits of yoga and meditation in all aspects of their lives.

What Yoga experience do I need? 

No prior yoga experience is required. But this doesn't mean that those with yoga experience won't enjoy working on their own personal practice throughout the course. Options will be offered for all levels, providing inspiration and support.
